Cranex informs about award of order
Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the relevant amendment thereto from time to time, Cranex has informed that the Company has received Purchase Orders from customers for manufacturing and supply of various products with order value amounting to Rs 2,91,45,239. Further to above, the details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 are enclosed as an Annexure 1.
