Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (‘Listing Regulations’) Renaissance Global has informed that the Company has appointed Merlin Capital Advisors, as its Investor Relations Agency for providing Investor and Public Relations Advisory Services and designated special email ID- ir@merlincapital.co.in for all investor-related queries, concerns, or requests. The appointment is aimed at strengthening investor communication, enhancing transparency, and improving the Company’s visibility in the capital markets. The necessary disclosure in terms of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure - I.
