Further to the outcome of the Board Meeting and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as submitted by the company on 15th December, 2025 regarding a proposed investment, Shekhawati Industries has informed that the Company has decided not to proceed with its investment by subscribing as a partner in proposed Shekhawati & Shubhraj Developers LLP.
