Natco Pharma has received approval to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary in Chile with an investment upto an amount not exceeding $3,00,000 in the name NATCO Pharma Chile SPA. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on February 12, 2026 has approved the same.
Natco Pharma was promoted as a private company to be in the business of research, developing, manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceutical substances and finished dosage forms for Indian and International markets.
