Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Rossell Techsys has informed that Company’s management will be participating in the group analyst/ investor meeting ‘Anand Rathi - Sashakt Bharat Aerospace & Defense Conference 2026’ on 16th February 2026 at 10:00 - 13:00 IST in Mumbai (One on one/ Group). The schedule has been confirmed at this point, and the intimation is being provided consequent to such confirmation. However, the schedule and participation in the meeting shall remain subject to change in the event of any exigencies on the part of the Participants or the Company.
