Halder Venture gets nod to acquire 52% stake in InQube Technologies

The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on February 13,2026 have considered and approved the same

Halder Venture has received approval for the investment and acquisition of 52% equity shares of InQube Technologies for an amount of Rs 30.16 crore and enter into a term sheet agreement. The company is presently engaged in the agricultural sector and proposes to diversify into agri-technology through this acquisition. The acquisition will enable the company to leverage technology-driven solutions, including a cloud-based Agri-ERP platform, to enhance efficiency across the agricultural value chain. 

It also facilitates entry into the commercialisation of carbon credits and sustainable agri practices. The acquisition is expected to create an end-to-end value chain, improve scalability, and open new revenue streams, thereby supporting long-term growth and value creation. 

The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on February 13,2026 have considered and approved the same.

Halder Venture is mainly engaged in Trading of rice as its principal business.
