Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Polycab India has informed that Gyan Pandey has been appointed as Executive President and Chief Digital & Information Officer with effect from February 16, 2026. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 November 11, 2024 are given in ‘Annexure A’ attached to this letter.
