NTC Industries informs about amendments to memorandum & articles of association
NTC Industries has informed that wherein the shareholders at their meeting held on 04th February 2026 have approved the resolutions with regards to alteration and adoption of the Memorandum of Association as per Companies Act, 2013 containing clauses in conformity with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. In this regard, the said special resolution together with the copy of the Memorandum of Association as altered has been approved by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata on 18th February 2026. The Brief details of alteration/ amendment of MOA as required under regulation 30 read with the part A of the schedule III of the Listing Regulations is enclosed and annexed as Annexure-I.
