In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Kedia Construction Co. has informed that Akash Anant Bate (MN: ACS-49824) has tendered his resignation vide his resignation letter dated February 20, 2026 from the post of Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company due to personal and professional reasons. However, the management has accepted his resignation and relieved him from his duties and responsibilities with immediate effect. The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI LODR and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, along with the copy of resignation of Akash Anant Bate is enclosed as Annexure A.
