Uravi Defence’s arm acquires 10% stake in Spafax
Bharat Technology has acquired 1,010 shares of Spafax International Holdings
Uravi Defence and Technology’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Bharat Technology has acquired 1,010 shares of Spafax International Holdings (Spafax) for an aggregate consideration of 3,40,000 Great British Pound (GBP) representing 10% of the share capital of the said entity.
Uravi Defence and Technology (formerly known as Uravi T and Wedge Lamps) manufactures automotive component for OEM and aftermarket sectors.
