Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), read with Schedule III thereof, Uravi Defence and Technology has informed that Bharat Technology (‘Wholly Owned Subsidiary’) has acquired 1,010 shares of Spafax for an aggregate consideration of 3,40,000 GBP representing 10% of the share capital of the said entity.
