Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 (6) read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, Jaipan Industries has informed that Vitthal Shankar Sontakke (DIN: 09100564) has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of, February 20, 2026 and the same has been accepted and the same will be noted in the upcoming Board meeting. Vitthal Shankar Sontakke has also confirmed that there are no material reasons for her resignation, other than those mentioned in her resignation letter. Consequently, Vitthal Shankar Sontakke shall also cease to be the member of all the committees of the board, in which he served as a member, effective from Friday, February 20, 2026.
