In terms of Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI Listing Regulations, Refex Renewables & Infrastructure has informed that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) of the Board of Directors of the Company has, in its meeting held today, i.e., on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, considered and approved granting of 10,942 ESOPs to the eligible employees of the Company/ its subsidiaries/ associates, under the RRIL ESOS 2022.
