Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, R M Drip And Sprinklers Systems has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 28th February, 2026, to consider and recommend the issue of Bonus Shares to the shareholders of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders and such other regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required. The Board will also consider other related matters in connection with the proposed bonus issue.
