DEE Development Engineers informs about award of order
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, DEE Development Engineers has informed that the Company and its material subsidiary have secured contracts aggregating INR 173 Croes (approximately) as under: 1. The Company has been awarded contracts aggregating INR 88 Crores on Job Work basis as per Annexure I, II and 2. DEE Piping Systems (Thailand) Co., the material subsidiary of the Company has been awarded contracts of US$ 8 million on Job Work basis and US$ 1.5 million with material basis as per Annexure III. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P-CIR//2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure I, II & III.
