The scrip opened at Rs. 169.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 169.05 and Rs. 163.95 respectively. So far 4 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 587.95 on 26-May-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 153.45 on 20-Feb-2026.

Uravi Defence and Technology’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Bharat Technology has acquired 1,010 shares of Spafax International Holdings (Spafax) for an aggregate consideration of 3,40,000 Great British Pound (GBP) representing 10% of the share capital of the said entity.

Uravi Defence and Technology (formerly known as Uravi T and Wedge Lamps) manufactures automotive component for OEM and aftermarket sectors.
