The program, scheduled in the first week of April 2026, will involve the movement of around 600-650 delegates from India to Auckland, New Zealand for a 3-night engagement. The scope of services includes end-to-end travel management, accommodation consolidation, ground logistics, conference production, curated destination experiences, and gala event execution.

This order is expected to be among the larger corporate incentive group movements from India to New Zealand and reflects the company’s strengthening capabilities in executing complex, largescale events across long-haul international destinations.
