HDB Financial Services raises Rs 861.88 crore through NCDs

The Debenture Allotment Committee of the company has at its meeting held on February 23, 2026, allotted the same

HDB Financial Services has raised Rs 861.88 crore through the allotment of 81,000 Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each on private placement basis. The Debentures are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE. The NCDs with tenure of 1136 days have coupon rate of 7.5519% per annum. The Debenture Allotment Committee of the company has at its meeting held on February 23, 2026, allotted the same.
