Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, Rajratan Global Wire has informed that Bhavani Balasubramanian (DIN 09194973) has resigned from her position as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from February 22, 2026. The Board of Directors places on record its sincere appreciation for the contributions made by Bhavani Balasubramanian during her tenure on the Board of the Company. Further, the Board of Directors have reconstituted its subcommittees in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 with effect from February 23, 2026.
