JTL Industries has received approval from Board of Directors for acquisition of 47.97% in equity share Capital of Powersol Metalcraft (PML). Consequent to the above, PML will become an Associate Company of JTL Industries, as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. Cost of acquisition is Rs 8.10 crore.

The said acquisition aligns with the Company’s strategic objective of expansion and long-term value creation. The transaction is expected to foster a synergistic and mutually advantageous association that supports the Company’s strategic roadmap and future expansion plans.

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting, held on February, 23 2026, considered and approved the same.
