Krystal Integrated Services informs about acquisition
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, Krystal Integrated Services has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, February 24, 2026 has considered and unanimously approved the incorporation of a company, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) jointly with Advaita Enterprises International Private Limited (Formerly known as e-Governance Solution Private Limited). Further, pursuant to the above incorporation, the SPV will become an Associate of the Company. The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed herewith as Annexure-A.
