Info Edge (India) informs about outcome of board meeting
Info Edge (India) has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. on Thursday, February 26, 2026 has approved entering into a contribution agreement with B8 Fund I, a scheme launched by B8 Trust, a Trust registered with Securities and Exchange Board of India as a Category II Alternative Investment Fund under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012, to commit contribution of up to Rs 250 crore in aggregate, directly and/or through wholly owned subsidiaries including by Smartweb Internet Services Limited (in the capacity of sponsor and investment manager). The details of the transaction as required in terms of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed.
