In terms of Regulation 30 read with the applicable Schedules of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations’), 5paisa Capital has informed that the Company has been granted a Certificate of Registration as a Research Analyst under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. The approval for registration has been received from SEBI vide its email communication dated February 26, 2026. The aforesaid registration will enable the Company to undertake Research Analyst activities in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 The requisite details as required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as ‘Annexure-A’.
