Jindal Poly Films has informed that Hon’ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (‘NCLAT’) has by its order dated 26.02.2026 dismissed the Petition bearing No. Company Appeal (AT) No. 47 of 2026 (Petition) filed by the Company. Further disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is provided under Annexure A. In relation to the details provided in the Annexure A, this is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
