Kansai Nerolac Paints informs about shareholder meeting
Kansai Nerolac Paints has informed that the NCLT convened Meeting of Equity Shareholders of Kansai Nerolac Paints was held today, Friday, 27th February, 2026, through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means, without the physical presence of the Shareholders at a common venue. This is pursuant to an Order dated 6th January, 2026, in C.A. (CAA)/257/MB/2025 (the Order), the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench has directed a meeting to be held of the Equity Shareholders of the Company for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the Scheme of Amalgamation (Scheme) of Nerofix (Transferor Company) with Kansai Nerolac Paints (Transferee Company) under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provision of the Companies Act, 2013 (the Act). The said meeting commenced at 11 am (IST) and concluded at 12.05 pm (IST).
