Utkarsh Small Finance Bank has informed that Muralidharan Rajamani (DIN: 01690363) has completed his first term of five (5) consecutive years as an Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Bank on March 01, 2026 and accordingly he ceased to be an Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Bank with effect from March 02, 2026. The Bank places on record its sincere appreciation for the contributions made by Muralidharan Rajamani during his tenure on the Board of the Bank.
