Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Mid-East Portfolio Management has informed about the sad demise of Shrikant Govind Nakhe (DIN: 08489339), Independent Director of the Company on March 1, 2026. His sudden and unexpected passing away will be an irreparable loss to the Company and all the directors and employees of the Company convey deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family. Further informed that he would be ceased to be the member of Stakeholder Relationship Committee of the Company. The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed.
