Axtel Industries informs about declaration of interim dividend
Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 43 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Axtel Industries has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has declared interim dividend at Rs 12.00, i.e., 120% per equity share of Rs 10 for the financial year 2025-26, at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 2nd March, 2026. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Monday, 9th March, 2026 has been fixed as the record date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the shareholders for the interim dividend. The meeting commenced at 11.00 am and ended on 12.20 pm.
