Arshiya has informed that the Forty-Third Annual General Meeting of Arshiya scheduled to be held on Friday, March 27, 2026, at 12:30 PM via Video Conference/ Other Audiovisual Means, in accordance with relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Pursuant 1o Regulations 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), they are enclosing the Integrated Annual Report of the Company including the Notice convening the Forty-Third AGM and other Statutory Reports for the Financial Year 2023-24, which is being sent through electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA)/ Depository Participant(s) (‘DPs’). Further, in accordance with the Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company has initiated sending a letter to the Shareholders whose e-mail addresses are not registered with the Company/RTA/DPs, providing a web-link from where the Integrated Annual Report can be accessed on the website of the Company.
