Mphasis has informed that this is further to intimation dated March 3, 2026, regarding the voting results of the Postal Ballot for appointment of Punit Sood (DIN: 00033799) as Independent Director of the Company. They enclosed a copy of the newspaper advertisement published today in the Business Standard (English newspaper) and Samyuktha Karnataka (Kannada newspaper), with respect to declaration of Postal Ballot results.
