Monarch Surveyors & Engineering Consultants has received a significant work order from Western Railway

Vakrangee has entered into a strategic partnership with Tyger Home Finance (Formerly known as Adani Housing Finance) to extend a diversified suite of home loan products across its nationwide Vakrangee Kendra network. Under this alliance, Vakrangee Kendras will facilitate home loan offerings aimed at addressing the housing finance needs of retail customers, with a strong focus on financially unserved and underserved regions across India.

Ramky Infrastructure has entered into an agreement with Maharashtra Industrial Township (MITL) for EPC-based infrastructure works within Dighi Port Industrial Area (DPIA) Phase 1 under the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC). The total contract value is Rs 1,401.84 crore, inclusive of GST and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Revenues. The project has to be completed within 930 days from appointed date and the O&M period of 4 years from COD date, which is extendable upon mutual discussion.

Magellanic Cloud’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Provigil Surveillance has received a Letter of Acceptance from South East Central Railway, Nagpur Division, for the Provision of Video Surveillance System (VSS) to monitor 66 Manned Non-Interlocked Level Crossing Gates (61 in Nagpur Division, 4 in Raipur Division and 1 in Bilaspur Division).

Monarch Surveyors & Engineering Consultants has received a significant work order from Western Railway, further strengthening its project pipeline and execution visibility in the railway infrastructure segment. The company has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from Western Railway for carrying out Pre & Post-Tamping Track Measurement Survey using the advanced Trimble Gedo Vorsys trolley system. The project falls under the jurisdiction of the Divisional Engineer (East), Rajkot and is valued at Rs 1.28 crore.

The Great Eastern Shipping Company (GE Shipping) has contracted to buy a secondhand Kamsarmax Dry Bulk Carrier of about 81,094 dwt on March 4, 2026. The 2014 Japanese built vessel is expected to join the Company’s fleet by Q1 FY27. The proposed vessel will be financed entirely from internal accruals. The purpose of the acquisition is expansion of the fleet.

Moneyboxx Finance has successfully raised Rs 33.4 crore through allotment of equity shares. The fundraise strengthened the company’s capital base and positioned it to accelerate its next phase of growth. 44 lakh equity shares of face value Rs 10 each on were allotted on a preferential basis at an issue price of Rs 76 per share, including a premium of Rs 66 per share.

Modis Navnirman has been appointed as the developer for the redevelopment of New Chitra Co-operative Housing Society, one of the city’s earliest high-rise residential towers located in Kandivali West. Originally constructed over three decades ago, the existing 14-storey structure was considered a landmark at the time of its completion. The building will now undergo complete demolition to make way for a modern, premium commercial-cum-residential tower designed to meet contemporary standards of safety, sustainability, and urban lifestyle.
