Currency futures for March expiry trade stronger with 14.08% increase in OI
The partially convertible rupee is currently trading at 91.6350, stronger compared to its Wednesday’s close at 92.05. The rupee opened at 92.16 and touched day’s high of 92.16 and low of 91.30.
The March currency futures were trading at 91.7550 with a spread of 0.0125 and a volume of 4,98,295. The contract opened flat at its previous closing of 92.00. The open interest (OI) stood at 18,45,555 up by 14.08% compared to its previous close of 16,17,829.
