Sammaan Capital informs about allotment of secured redeemable NCDs
Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations, Sammaan Capital has informed that in terms of the Board authorization dated September 3, 2025, read with resolution passed by the SIIC committee on February 27, 2026, Sammaan Capital has today i.e. on March 05, 2026, allotted (i) 12,500 Secured Redeemable NCDs of face value of Rs. 1,00,000/- aggregating to INR 125 Cr.; (ii) 15,500 Secured Redeemable NCDs of face value of Rs. 1,00,000/- aggregating to INR 155 Cr., on a private placement basis.
