Persistent Systems informs about credit rating
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Persistent Systems has informed that ICRA had assigned the ‘[ICRA] AA+(Stable)’ Rating to Persistent Systems Limited vide its letter dated January 21, 2025, and the same has been reaffirmed vide its letter dated March 5, 2026. A copy of the communication received from ICRA is attached to this letter.
