Constronics Infra informs about disclosure
Pursuant to Regulation 31(1) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, read with the Master Circular dated February 16, 2023 (Ref. No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/31), Constronics Infra has informed that the Promoter of the Company, Vishnuvardhan, has submitted a disclosure regarding the creation of pledge on equity shares of the company held by him, along with the reasons for such creation of pledge. In this regard, the company has enclosed the disclosure received under the aforesaid regulations, containing the details of the shares pledged by the Promoter.
