Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Jungle Camps India has informed about further positive development regarding an ongoing complaint (FIR 0012/2026) initially intimated on 26th December 2025 with the Police Station Bamitha, District Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh. The Company has successfully received Rs.1,34,00,000/- in its bank account from sellers, in strict compliance with the order of Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Jabalpur Bench.
