NTPC Green Energy informs about change in RTA
In terms of Regulation 7 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to its earlier intimation dated November 11, 2025 and 4th February 2026, NTPC Green Energy has informed that the Company has entered into a Tripartite Agreement with KFin Technologies and Beetal Financial & Computer Services on Thursday, 5th March 2026, accordingly all the formalities for change of RTA from KFin Technologies to Beetal Financial & Computer Services have been completed.
