Further to its Intimation dated March 5, 2026, regarding the Postal Ballot Notice of the Company, and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Exicom Tele-Systems has informed that it enclosed copies of the newspaper advertisements published on March 6, 2026, in respect of the Postal Ballot Notice of the Company, in the newspapers: a. Business Standard, Chandigarh Edition (Copy attached) and Hind Janpath, Solan (Copy attached). The aforesaid newspaper advertisements have also been made available on the website of the Company at https://www.exicom.com.
