With reference to intimation letter dated 28th January, 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Ultramarine & Pigments has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today have considered and approved the unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 3lst Decemberr2025 Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results and Segment wise revenue, results, assets & liabilities for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025 respectively together with the limited review reports are enclosed. The extract of the abovementioned results will be published in the newspaper within the stipulated timeline in accordance with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 10.00 AM (IST) and concluded at 02.00 PM (IST).
