Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Genus Power Infrastructures has informed that Janesh Kumar has resigned from the post of Chief Human Resources Officer (Senior Management Personnel), with effect from close of business hours of March 06, 2026 due to his personal reasons. The resignation letter is enclosed. The details with respect to the change in Senior Management personnel as required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as Annexure A to this letter.
