In relation to the open offer made by Parshav Vatika LLP (Acquirer) along with K8 Products LLP (PAC 1) and Tidagela Ventures Private Limited (PAC 2) under Regulations 3(1) and 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, and subsequent amendments thereto (the SEBI (SAST) Regulations), for acquisition of up to 50,37,541 Equity Shares of face value of ₹10 each (Equity Shares), representing 26% of the total equity and voting share capital of Lykis (Target Company/Company), Lykis has informed that the Company has received a copy of Letter Of Offer dated March 06, 2026 (Letter of Offer). They have enclosed a copy of the Letter of Offer with this letter.
