Anurag Kumar Saxena (FCS-8115) vide his letter dated 07.03.2026 has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company to pursue carrier opportunity outside the Company with effect from closing of business hours of 16.03.2026. The resignation letter shall be placed before the Board of Directors in the upcoming Board Meeting for its consideration and formal acceptance in accordance with the aforementioned regulation.
