Maha Rashtra Apex Corporation has informed that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company is under closure for Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) from Saturday, 7th March, 2026 and the same would remain closed till the Board Meeting to be held on 11th March, 2026 approval of pricing terms, Right entitlement ratio and Schedule of the issue and approval and adoption of the Letter of Offer.
