In compliance with the requirements of the Regulations 30 and 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended, it has enclosed the following documents regarding the voting result of business transacted at the EGM: 1. Voting results as declared pursuant to Rule 20 of the of The Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 of the Companies Act 2013. 2.
