Alfavision Overseas (India) informs about outcome of board meeting
Alfavision Overseas (India) has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on Friday, March 06th 2026, approved: 1. The term sheet for the development of hotels, villas, resorts, wellness facilities, an adventure park, and other residential and non-residential properties on the Company’s land situated at Saras, Icchawar, District Sehore, Madhya Pradesh. The proposed development will be undertaken on the Company’s land along with land owned by other promoter group entities, aggregating approximately 220 acres. The project will be developed in association with Della Resort & Adventure. Details is attached with ‘Annexure-1’. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 05:30 pm and concluded at 09:00 pm.
