FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per March 10 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Tuesday's data were net sellers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 11689.70 crore against gross selling of Rs 18257.66 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 6567.96 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 735.13 crore with gross sales of Rs 2065.18 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1330.05 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net sellers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 410.17 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 242.40 crore, while net sellers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 677.48 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 26.01 crore against gross selling of Rs 36.90 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 10.89 crore in hybrid segment.
