Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), AstraZeneca Pharma India has informed that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the appointment of Sandhya Tejaswini Amanna as Director - Legal, with effect from March 18, 2026. This being a Senior Management Personnel position in terms of the SEBI Listing Regulations, it has enclosed details as required under the SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025 - CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, attached as Annexure -A.
