Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Exicom Tele-Systems has informed that the Company will be issuing a press release titled ‘Exicom Inaugurates Integrated Manufacturing Facility in Hyderabad, Telangana to Scale EV Charging and Critical Power Solutions.’ The press release, provides details regarding the inauguration of the Company’s integrated manufacturing facility in Hyderabad, Telangana, established to support the growing demand for EV charging infrastructure, lithium-ion battery systems, and critical power solutions across domestic and export markets.
