JSW Dulux informs about update
JSW Dulux has informed that further to the Show Cause Notice issued by the Madhya Pradesh GST Department, the Company has received an Order on 16th March 2026. Accordingly, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023, an update on the pending litigation, disclosed earlier on 25th September 2025, is enclosed as ‘Annexure-1’.
