Clean Max Enviro to acquire 100% equity shares in Kintech Solarbikaner
The said acquisition will be completed by March 31, 2026
Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Kintech Synergy and Kintech Solarbikaner on March 16, 2026 for the acquisition of 100% equity shares of Kintech Solarbikaner. Kintech Solarbikaner is being acquired to enable growth and further development of wind-solar hybrid renewable energy capacity of the Company in the state of Gujarat.
The said acquisition will be completed by March 31, 2026. The cost of acquisition is Rs 38.06 crore.
Founded in 2010, Clean Max specialises in net zero and decarbonisation solutions for C&I customers. Its offerings include renewable power supply -- wind, solar, hybrid -- energy services, and carbon credit solutions.
